Wollongong Head Lighthouse is also known as Flagstaff Hill Lighthouse and is an active lighthouse. It measures 25mtrs high and was opened in 1936. It is located adjacent to the heritage listed lighthouse and is the only point on the eastern coast of Australia, which has two lighthouses.
